MetroPark – Halifax
MetroPark offers indoor parking close to downtown shops, offices, the waterfront as well as several popular nearby hotels and restaurants. Our Halifax parkade is managed by Mike Rose while day-to-day operations are taken care of by Steve Bellefontaine, our Parkade Supervisor. Steve and his team ensure you’ll have a safe, convenient place to leave your vehicle while you work, shop, eat or play in downtown Halifax.
Monthly Parking
The monthly rate is $200.00 per month (hst included) plus a one-time fee of $5.75 (hst included) for your access card. Call or email our parking administrator to reserve your space. Once your application is processed, you will be issued with a parking card for quick, easy, unlimited entrance to MetroPark. Contact us today!

$2.00 – up to the first 20 min (6 am-6 pm)
$3.25 – each additional hour
$20.00 – daily max (6 am-6 pm)
$8.50 – evening max (6 pm-6 am)

$3.25 – each additional hour
$8.50 – evening max (12-hour period)

Discount Coupon Program
Our Discount Coupon Program supports the Downtown area by giving coupons to any business near the Parkade that is interested in participating. The program is free for business owners and is a great incentive to bring people downtown! Visitors will receive a $1.00 per use discount on their parking fees at MetroPark. Community Display Space
Showcase your business or organization in the heart of downtown Halifax. MetroPark has several large highly-visible display windows available. As a service to help promote our downtown businesses or community groups in the HRM, this display space is free of charge. Contact us for more details.
